Changing a Norwegian flight
LowFare and LowFare+ can be changed for a fee plus fare difference; Flex changes free.
Changes must be made before departure.
Name changes are permitted for a fee, which is unusual among carriers and useful when a traveler cannot go.
Cancelling a Norwegian flight
Norwegian's own 24-hour cancellation applies to bookings made more than 14 days before departure on many fares; US DOT rules apply to tickets touching the US.
LowFare and LowFare+ are non-refundable; Flex is refundable.
If Norwegian cancels, EU261 rules provide refund or rebooking rights.
How to change or cancel by phone
- Have your Norwegian confirmation code and the name on the booking ready.
