About WarBird Flight
WarBird Flight is an independent flight booking service: route and airline guides plus licensed agents who book flights by phone, 24/7.
What we do
WarBird Flight helps travelers in the United States and Canada find and book flights by phone. Our site tracks recorded fares on thousands of routes, explains airline policies in plain language, and puts a phone number on every page. When you call, a licensed travel agent at our partner agency searches every airline, quotes a live fare, and books the ticket.
We built the site for people who would rather talk to someone than click through fare screens: families, seniors, groups, travelers with a change or cancellation problem, and anyone booking a complicated international trip.
What we are not
We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline. Airline names on this site identify the carriers our partner agents can book; they do not imply a relationship. Tickets are issued by the airlines themselves and are valid airline tickets.
We do not sell tickets online. Every booking is made by phone with a person, so that names, dates, and fare rules are confirmed before you pay.
How the site is funded
WarBird Flight is paid by our partner agency for calls we connect. Airline fares are the same whether you book with us, online, or with the airline. Any service fee charged by the partner agency is disclosed to you on the call before payment. See the fees page for details.
Who answers when you call
Calls are answered by licensed travel agents at our partner agency — not an automated menu and not a script. They hold the credentials to issue tickets on every major airline and are available 24/7, every day, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
An agent does more than take an order. They compare fare classes, flag when a basic economy fare will cost more once you add a bag, check nearby airports, and read the airline's own rules before you pay. Nothing is ticketed until you approve the price.
How we compile our fare data
The fares on this site are recorded lows drawn from a nightly snapshot of cached airline search data, not live quotes. Each night we refresh the data and store the lowest fare seen on each route along with the month-by-month lows, then show it as a benchmark for what a good price looks like — never as a guaranteed fare. The live price is always confirmed by an agent on the call.
We publish a route or destination page only when we have real fare data for the pair, so the numbers you see are grounded in observed prices rather than estimates. Airline policy summaries are written from each carrier's published conditions of carriage and US Department of Transportation consumer rules.
Our editorial standards
Our guides and route pages are written and maintained by the WarBird Flight editors and checked against current US Department of Transportation guidance and public airline policies. We do not publish fake reviews, invented savings figures, or accreditation we do not hold, and we disclose any service fee before you pay rather than hiding it. When a policy changes we update the page and note when it was last reviewed.
