Service Fees
What you pay when booking by phone: airline fares, taxes, and any partner-agency service fee, all disclosed before payment.
Airline fares and taxes
The fare quoted by the agent includes the airline's base fare and all government taxes and airline-imposed fees required to issue the ticket. Optional airline fees such as checked bags, seat selection, and change fees are separate and are quoted when relevant.
Partner agency service fees
Our partner agency may charge a service fee for booking, changing, or cancelling a ticket. The fee, if any, is stated on the call before you authorize payment and appears on your receipt. Typical ranges are shown below; the agent will confirm the exact amount for your booking.
- New booking: a per-ticket service fee may apply, disclosed before payment.
- Changes and cancellations: a per-ticket handling fee may apply in addition to any airline fee or fare difference.
- Name corrections, baggage add-ons, and seat assignments: a handling fee may apply.
- Quotes and general questions: no charge.
Post-ticketing fees
Any post-ticketing service fee is charged only when you request the service and approve the fee. Airline-imposed fees (change, cancellation, baggage, unaccompanied minor, pet) are set by the airline and passed through at cost.
Refund of service fees
Service fees for completed bookings are non-refundable unless the booking could not be completed. If the airline cancels a flight, airline fares are refunded per US DOT rules; the partner agency's refund of its own fee follows its published terms, which the agent will explain.
Placeholder notice
Exact fee amounts will be published here once confirmed with the partner agency. Until then, every fee is disclosed verbally before payment.
