How WarBird Flight collects and uses information when you visit the site or call.
Information we collect
When you visit the site we collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, and referring source. When you call, our call-tracking provider records the calling number, time, duration, and the page or campaign that led to the call, and calls may be recorded for quality and compliance. Booking details you give the agent are collected by our partner agency under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To operate and improve the site, to measure which pages lead to calls, to route calls to the partner agency, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and tracking
We use analytics cookies and a call-tracking script that swaps the phone number shown based on how you arrived at the site. We also set two small cookies for seven days, wb_geo (your country) and wb_region (your state or province), derived from your network location, to show the phone number only to callers we can serve and to suggest routes from your area. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Sharing
Call data is shared with our call-tracking provider and our partner agency to answer and fulfil your call. Analytics data is processed by our analytics provider. We do not share data with airlines.
Your rights
Residents of California and other jurisdictions with privacy laws may request access to or deletion of their personal information by emailing support@warbirdflight.com.
