How to reach your booking

WarBird Flight does not run a separate online account for your trip. Your flight is a normal airline ticket, so the fastest way to see or change it is one of two: open it on the airline's own website or app using the airline confirmation code from your emailed itinerary, or call (708) 866-8751 and a licensed agent at our partner agency pulls it up and handles the change for you.

Have your airline confirmation code (or the email and last name used to book) ready when you call. For a change or cancellation, the agent reads the fare rules on your ticket and quotes any airline fee and fare difference before anything is done.

What an agent can do with your booking

On one call, on any airline, an agent can:

• Look up your itinerary and confirm flight times, seats, and ticket status
• Change the date, time, or route, or move a single leg
• Cancel and explain whether you get a refund or a travel credit, and how much
• Apply an existing flight credit toward a new trip
• Add or change seats, checked bags, or special items
• Add TSA PreCheck (KTN) or a frequent-flyer number
• Rebook you after a missed flight, cancellation, or schedule change

Booked somewhere else?

If you booked directly with the airline or through another agency, that seller controls the ticket and usually has to make the change — but agents can still tell you what your options and rights are, and what to ask for. Call (708) 866-8751 and describe the trip.

Keep your details private

Never send a card number, passport number, or full date of birth by email. Give those only to the agent on the phone when you choose to book or change a ticket. WarBird Flight does not sell your information.
